iPrevalence – Our online dashboards show data on the UK prevalence of various long term conditions (LTCs) and diseases from NHS sources.

The UK iPrevalence dashboard currently contains data for various different long term conditions and diseases including diabetes, COPD, dementia, hypertension (high blood pressure), cancer, asthma, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, heart failure, mental health, palliative care and stroke and transient ischaemic attach (TIA).


Our Primary Care Network (PCN) iPrevalence dashboard contains data for 20+ long term conditions and diseases.

Powered by NHS Data

The iPrevalence dashboards are comprised of NHS data from all 4 regions of the UK. This data is published at different times and in different formats. We collate this data and publish it through various dashboards to have a holistic view across the UK of the spread of key chronic conditions and diseases.
